Executive Protection and Counter Terrorism Instruction

Working as a Bodyguard used to be the sole preserve of the Special Forces, the Military Police and certain Civil Police Units. This has now changed, as has the world situation. Lloyd Owen is now offering selected individuals the opportunity to train and become a bodyguard in this demanding and financially rewarding industry.

By rising demand, Lloyd Owen International discovered that many organizations were disillusioned with the standard of the so-called "trained bodyguard's" available for employment. As a result, we decided to make available specialist training in this field from expert instructors with "real-life" experience.

All of Lloyd Owen International's instructors are trained to the highest levels and in some cases ran the Executive Protection Programs for their countries and other Governments. All have extensive operational experience both on a national and international basis.

The background of the instructors come from the following:

  • The Special Air Service
  • The Israeli Secret Service
  • The United States Secret Service
  • Scotland Yard

The course is a ten-day, fully residential course where you will be expected to work 14 to 18 hours per day. The course will be held at the Corporate Headquarters in Minneapolis. The course is intense. All of the subjects and more are covered in detail. The course culminates with a "live" exercise in which all course students participate in the Close Protection of a prominent VIP.

Students will discover that the training obtained through Lloyd Owen International will place them "head and shoulders" above other so-called "bodyguards" that they may find themselves working with. In addition, you will have the ability to speak and question the instructors during rest periods to gain their knowledge and wisdom.

The cost of the course is $3,500 and includes all the necessary working materials, weapons, meals and accommodation for the course. This is a substantial investment. However, the average daily rate for a "professional bodyguard" is anywhere from $500 - $1,000 per day in the real world. This cost can also be financed, subject to certain conditions (Please request this information.) What is your professional future worth? It's worth Lloyd Owen International.
