Current Activities
Lloyd-Owen International is currently under contract to the Iraq Ministry of Oil to load, manage, secure
and deliver fuel from the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Iraq. In eighteen months Lloyd-Owen have delivered 1.5 billion
liters of gasoline without the single loss of a tanker or staff due to insurgent activity; this equates to the safe
delivery of 45,000 tankers. Lloyd-Owen continues to support the Republic of Iraq in the formation of a new Government.
Lloyd-Owen International is proud to state that we have been granted one of the few Security Licenses
in the State of Kuwait and we look forward to a long and lasting relationship with all companies in Kuwait and the Middle
East. Further Lloyd-Owen International continues to conduct private PSD operations and convoy escorts in Iraq and
continues to support its commercial and private clients in the region and worldwide.
In April 2006, Lloyd-Owen International signs exclusive alliance agreements with NorseStar in
London (www.norsestar.com) and Rania Management Middle East to provide exclusive services
throughout Europe, the Middle East and America.

Rania Management Middle East is an exclusive concierge service company providing exclusive management
services to VIP clients traveling to the Middle East. The services include Hotel & Restaurant Reservations, VIP Limousine
Service (armored or normal), Visa Preparation, Airport Greeting Services, Corporate Gift Purchasing and Personal Assistants
while on business.
